Recruitment period

Public recruitments are regularly open for MiCo Group twice a year (every six month). The first one is held from February to March; and the second one is from September to October.
If there is a need, we will hire employee(s) at any time irregularly throughout the year, and we will announce additional recruitment.

Qualification

Anyone with a degree equivalent to a four-year university or higher can apply and we prefer those who have completed a master's degree in the field.
If you are an experienced person, some career experiences can be partially admitted by doing the same works / job. There should be no reason for disqualification on an overseas trip, and there is no discrimination based on age and gender. ※ Application qualifications for each recruitment can be changed. Screening Details
  • 1. Receiving applications

    Based on the application you submitted, we will review your academic background, experience, and language skills to determine the relevance of your application.

  • 2. Documentary screening

    Identifying competencies that match MiCo talent and checking the suitability of the position to be hired

  • 3. Interview screening

  • 4. Physical examination

  • 6. Other things

    If you fill out an application form incorrectly, your employment will be canceled.
