MiCo develops and provides carbon parts for composite materials based on customer needs by incorporating surface treatment technology for core parts inside PECVD equipment, which is a key in PV cell manufacturing equipment.

In addition, MEGA CC (carbon-carbon) materials are developed and applied to cope with the enlargement of equipment, aiming to maximize production capacity and various multi-layer coatings are applied to improve part life and quality enhancing particle and plasma resistance, chemical resistance, and thermal stability.
