MiCo Co., Ltd. provides various educational opportunities and support to foster MiCo's staff members with expertise and proper values for performance creation.
  • Introduction training

    We provide introductory training so that new employees can adapt to the new environment in a stable manner and quickly demonstrate their abilities.
    Through group training, field tours, and OJT, new employees will understand the company, share the direction they should look at as a member of MiCo, and develop a sense of belonging to the organization.

  • Job training

    We support job training by using internal or external sources to enhance each member's job competency. The basic skills are acquired through common competency training required for all tasks, and the best expertise and knowledge for each job is achieved through professional job training.

  • Foreign language education
    • Global Package Short-term Intensive Capacity Enhancement Process

      As a short-term intensive course to foster global talent, the company operates a special course to enhance business communication capabilities with global companies. Five-week short-term training course, business skill improvement course, 1:1 coaching course, etc. are conducted with native English speakers who has business experience to support customized training to improve individual business communication skills.

    • Regular education

      In order to improve the language proficiency of executives and employees, we operate online courses on various channels in high demand, such as telephone foreign languages and chatting English. Not only English, but also Chinese, Japanese, and other languages are acquired to help them acquire global competencies.

  • Self-development educational program expenses support system

    This is a system that supports the expenses for job qualification / foreign language courses, and aims to provide opportunities for self-directed capacity development by meeting individual learning needs. This is away from one-sided trainnin, but closet to collective support policy.

  • Support domestic/Overseas training
    (Master/doctoral Degree Program)

    This is a support system for obtaining master's/doctoral degrees. We would like to train professionals with the best skills and expertise to lead the future MiCo along with personal growth.

  • Basic education

    In order to realize the right values of human resources, we will provide regular education such as ethical management and industrial security, as well as legal essential education that fulfills the legal obligations of companies every six month, andthis will form MiCo healthy organizational culture.
